Rathlow is built in Kildare by Moka and Gulmire. Moka comes from banking and deal structuring; Gulmire from engineering and from running acquisitions and integrations. Together they own Dunlow, the sister practice through which the group's own compliance runs on Rathlow.
We didn't set out to build a generic accounting SaaS. We set out to run our own filings on something that actually knew the Irish rules, then built it well enough that other practices asked for it.
