Do you sell to businesses directly?
No. Rathlow sells exclusively to accounting and bookkeeping practices. That's a published commitment, not a preference that might change.
What is the relationship with Dunlow?
Dunlow is our sister practice. It runs our own group's compliance through Rathlow and is the first live workload the platform carries. It does not take clients from the market Rathlow serves, and it sees nothing from other practices' data. The practice charter puts that in writing.
What happens to findings I dismiss?
Every dismissal needs a reason code (wrong rule, known exception, timing, duplicate, out of scope, other). Three dismissals on the same rule for the same client prompts a suppression option, so the system learns instead of asking the same question every month.
Can Rathlow file everything automatically?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Filing capability is shown per obligation. Where direct submission isn't possible yet, the product tells you rather than failing silently. And nothing is submitted without a named person in your practice approving it.
What does the founder cohort involve?
The first 25 to 40 Irish practices to run on Rathlow. Members get a price lock for the life of their subscription, direct input into the roadmap and hands-on onboarding. In return we ask for real workload and honest feedback. Applications are open now and onboarding runs in waves. Details here.
Where is the pricing?
There is one price card and it is shared in full with every practice before it commits, cohort members first. No calculator, no quote request, no renewal surprises. It is not on this site while the founder cohort is open.
Which accounting software does it sit on top of?
Rathlow sits on top of your ledger and payroll rather than replacing them. Xero and Sage are where we started; ask us about yours.
